These terms govern your use of rt-projects.com. They do not govern any engineering project we carry out for you — that is governed by the separate written agreement signed for it, which prevails over anything on this page.
1. Agreement to these terms
rt-projects.com is operated by Real Time Group (“RT Projects”, “we”, “us”), of Nahalat Yitshak 32, Tel Aviv, Israel. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes Real Time Group’s engineering services and past work. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to take on a project, or a warranty about what a system built for you would do. Any engagement begins with a written agreement signed by both sides.
3. Permitted use
You may read, browse, and print or download pages for your own business evaluation of our services.
You may not:
- copy, republish, or redistribute the site’s content commercially, or present it as your own;
- scrape or harvest the site by automated means, or use it to train a model, without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities without a written engagement to do so;
- interfere with the site’s operation or availability, including by overloading the contact form or the infrastructure behind it;
- submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or containing malicious code.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, page design, graphics, photographs, diagrams, logos, and the underlying code — belongs to Real Time Group or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.
The names “Real Time Group” and “RT Projects”, and our logo, are our marks. Third-party names, marks and product photographs appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify technologies we work with; their appearance implies no endorsement of us by those owners.
Case studies and project descriptions on this site summarise work carried out under specific requirements agreed with the customer concerned. They are illustrative only and are not a specification, a benchmark, or a representation of what would be delivered to you. If you believe material on this site relates to you and should not be published, contact us and we will review it promptly.
5. What you send us
When you send a message through the contact form, you confirm that you are entitled to send that information and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. We handle what you send in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited material sent through this site is not received in confidence and is not covered by any NDA. Do not send us confidential specifications, drawings, source code, or trade secrets through the form. If you need to share such material, contact us first and we will put a confidentiality agreement and a protected channel in place.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback about our services or this site, we may use it without restriction and without owing you payment. This does not affect material shared under a signed confidentiality agreement.
6. No professional advice
Technical material on this site — articles, guides, and descriptions of architectures and technologies — is general information, not engineering advice for your situation. Do not act on it for a specific system without professional review. Applying it is at your own risk.
7. Links and embedded content
This site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party components, including a map on our contact page and an anti-spam check on our contact form. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or their availability, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not undertake that it will be available at any given time, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it or its server will be free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations under a signed engineering agreement; the liability provisions of that agreement govern that work.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Real Time Group against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.
12. Privacy and accessibility
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our commitment on accessibility, and how to report a barrier, is described in our Accessibility Statement. Both form part of these terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
