1. Our commitment
We build software for a living, and we apply the same care to our own site. Accessibility is treated here as part of the work, not as an afterthought: where a barrier is reported to us, we log it and address it as we would any other defect.
2. The standard we work to
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA, as adopted by Israeli Standard IS 5568 under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. Where practical we also follow the later WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a fixed state. We continue to review and improve the site, and we welcome reports that help us do so.
3. How the site is built
Among the measures applied across the site:
- Semantic structure. Pages are built with real headings, landmarks and lists, so that assistive technology can navigate by structure.
- Keyboard operation. Interactive elements — menus, tabs, forms and dialogs — are built to be reached and operated with a keyboard.
- Visible focus. The element currently in focus is given a visible outline as you move through a page with a keyboard.
- Reduced motion. Where your operating system is set to reduce motion, the site’s animations and transitions are suppressed.
- Form feedback. Contact form errors and confirmations are conveyed to assistive technology, not by colour alone.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images are given alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Contrast and resizing. Text is designed to meet the AA contrast ratio and to remain readable when enlarged in the browser.
- Language. Each page declares its language so that screen readers pronounce it correctly.
4. Accessibility toolbar
An accessibility toolbar is available on every page. Open it with the accessibility icon to adjust text size, contrast, link highlighting, and motion. Your choices are stored locally in your own browser as you move between pages and are not sent to us.
5. Third-party content
Some components on this site are supplied by others and are not under our control, including the map on our contact page and the anti-spam check on our contact form. We have no control over how those providers implement accessibility.
No information on this site is available only through such a component. Our office address appears in text alongside the map, and our email address and telephone number are given below — if any third-party component prevents you from reaching us, please use those instead and we will handle your enquiry that way.
Some downloadable documents originate with equipment manufacturers and are published in the form supplied to us. If you need the content of any document on this site in a different format, ask us and we will do our best to provide it.
