This policy explains what Real Time Group (“RT Projects”, “we”, “us”) does with information collected through rt-projects.com. It describes the site only — not data we process for clients under a separate engineering contract, which is governed by the agreement signed with that client.
1. Who we are

Real Time Group is the controller of the personal data described here.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to rt-projects.com and to the enquiries we receive through it. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, such as LinkedIn, GitHub or WhatsApp — once you follow such a link, that provider’s own policy governs.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for:
- Your name — required
- Your email address — required
- Your company — optional
- The service you are interested in — optional
- Your message — required
Only name, email and message are mandatory. Please do not send confidential technical material, source code, or personal data about other people through the form — for anything of that kind, contact us first and we will agree a protected channel and an NDA.
3.2 Information collected automatically with an enquiry
When you submit the form we also record, alongside your message:
- Your IP address — used to rate-limit submissions and identify abuse
- Your browser user-agent string
- The page you submitted from, and the page that referred you to us
- Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), where the link you arrived through carried them
We keep this because it tells us which enquiries are genuine and where real interest comes from. It is not used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.
3.3 Server logs
Our web server and content delivery network keep standard technical logs of requests — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response status and user-agent — for security monitoring and fault diagnosis.
3.4 What we do not collect
This site has no user accounts and no registration, comments are disabled, and nothing is sold through it, so we do not take payment details. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.
4. Why we use your information, and on what legal basis

Providing your details is voluntary. You are not obliged to give them, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot answer you.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell it.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies to profile you or to advertise to you. Some components of the site may store data in your browser in order to work:
- The accessibility toolbar remembers the display settings you choose — larger text, contrast, and so on — so they survive a page change. This is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent to us.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-spam check on the contact form, may store a short-lived token in your browser to confirm the submission came from a person rather than a script.
The Google Maps panel on our contact page is loaded from Google and may set cookies under Google’s own policy once it renders.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and answer you:
- Our hosting and content-delivery providers, which store the site and its database and serve its pages.
- Our email delivery provider, which sends us the notification containing your enquiry.
- Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Google, if you interact with the embedded map on our contact page.
Each of these acts on our instructions for the purpose described, or, in the case of Google and Cloudflare, under its own published terms for the component concerned.
Beyond that, we disclose information only where we are legally required to — a binding order from a competent authority — or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
7. Transfers outside Israel
Some of the providers above operate servers outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Where information is transferred out of Israel or out of the EEA, we rely on providers that offer contractual protections for that transfer and we limit the data sent to what the service needs.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the technical details attached to them for as long as is needed for the purposes described in section 4 — that is, while we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as we may need a record of the exchange or of a resulting engagement. We review what we hold periodically and remove what is no longer needed.
Where we are a client of yours or you of ours, records of the engagement are kept for the periods required by the contract and by applicable Israeli tax, company and limitation law.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time — see section 10.
9. How we protect it
We take measures we consider reasonable to protect the information described here against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we restrict access to it to those who need it in order to respond to you.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the contact form.
10. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to info@rt-projects.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
11. Children
This site addresses businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Please check it periodically.
