Yes. A large share of our web work starts with a system someone else built. We begin with a short assessment: what the architecture actually is, what is safe to keep, and where the risk sits.

Can you build the mobile app that talks to our device?

That is the intersection we live in. Our embedded and mobile teams sit together, so BLE, Wi-Fi provisioning, OTA and device control are handled as one problem rather than thrown over a wall.

You do. Repositories, pipelines and documentation are yours from the first commit, not at the end of the engagement.

Web and mobile work at RT is rarely a website. Architecture before code

We use a deliberately unfashionable approach: understand the domain first, find the essence of the system, and leave detailed design for later. That means a preliminary study with business analysis and UX, an analysis of the main actors and workflows, and a system schema you can argue with — before anyone commits to a framework.

The payoff is stability. Microservices, cloud services, container technologies, orchestration and DevOps are all available to us and none of them is automatic. Each one enters the design when the system needs it.
